Dr. Audrey Chen
MSc, MD, FRCPC - Physician
Dr. Chen is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine specialist in the Vancouver area, and Kelowna. She did her undergraduate training in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, then finished her Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy in Toronto. She completed her medical degree at the University of Calgary Cummings School of Medicine, before moving onto her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She then went on to complete her medical training with a Pain medicine residency at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
In addition to working in Kelowna at the Bill Nelems Pain & Research Centre, she works at CPRI Health in Vancouver, New Westminster Rehabilitation Clinic, and the Initium Pain Clinic in Abbotsford. Dr. Chen’s clinical practice includes multidisciplinary and interventional pain management using ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided procedures, as well as physiatry specific areas such as stroke, amputations, spinal cord injuries, and spasticity.
