Pain Education - Clinical Support Staff
Mary-Ellen is a Psychotherapist, Bereavement Counsellor and Communication Trainer specializing in inner dialogue or self-talk.
She has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from UBC and a Master’s in Biology from the University of Windsor. She works in private practice, as well as on contract to Central Okanagan Hospice Association.
She is certified by Beth Darnall from Stanford University to teach a Pain Education Course called Empowered Relief. She teaches virtually, with Madeleine Eames, for patients from the Bill Nelems Pain & Research Centre.
