Freedom from Chronic Pain

This course focusses on emotional freedom from ongoing pain and untangling the relationship between emotions and painful sensations. It is based on the research on Emotional Expressions and Awareness Therapy for pain. There will also be a session on movement and one on breathwork and relaxation to release stress and old and stuck emotional energy.
