This class will explore mindfulness and breathing/relaxation to calm the pain response and balance and regulate your nervous system. Join Juliet in calming practices, including the practice of yoga nidra, that have been shown to alleviate the suffering of chronic pain, anxiety and post-traumatic stress symptoms.
