Did you know there is an undeniable connection between nutrition, inflammation, and pain?
The signs of chronic inflammation are less prominent than those of acute inflammation. It’s harder to pinpoint the pain and cause of the inflammation, and the onset is much slower, often taking place over days and months.
However, we now know that many chronic inflammatory conditions originate from an unhealthy diet.
Those who consume the Standard American Diet (SAD) are more prone to elevations of blood sugar and HbA1c, and higher levels of low-density lipoproteins (LDL), also known as “bad cholesterol.”
This can lead to chronic inflammation and physical pain that is difficult to treat through conventional treatment modalities, leaving people frustrated by their lack of progress.
