Emotional Freedom from Pain 8-week class

Modelled on Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, this one hour class, 8-week course will gently and safely help you to look under the pain to what emotions may be fuelling a pain/danger response in your nervous system from past or present stress. It is focussed on developing emotional intelligence and resilience through compassionate awareness and expression.
